British record businessman Sir Lucian Charles Grainge CBE was born on February 29. He was chairman and CEO of the Universal Music Group since 2010. Grainge spent his early career in the music business. He started as an A&R employee in the late 1970. In the 2010, Billboard ranked him as the most important person in the music industry four times. In 2020, he was awarded the first Executive of the Decade.
